Whole Foods bought Wild Oats, so there is less competition. Luckily, Sunflower and Sprouts both opened here, and we also have Lucky's (local) and vitamin Cottage that also sells produce.

I Googled the addresses of the SF markets. Thx - we will be well prepared. We haven't been in SF for a long time. Sort of crazy to pick a vacation spot because it's the only place with a non-toxic place to stay... My husband is flying tomorrow to see our son in TX, and I dread detoxifying all his clothes, suitcase, etc. when he returns. I feel sorry for both of us!

The artist who bought our PA house 15 years ago has just bought a beautiful place in SF.

I just looked up Sunflower's stores in Santa Fe in anticipation of our week in Espanola (where I found a non-toxic studio to rent). We have so many organic stores here in Boulder that we're really spoiied.

Glad to have you join us on Eric's site. BTW, he came here with his family from moldy,pesticided FL to recover. (We escaped from DE/PA.)
